Macaroni and Cheese



I have a confession to make.

I am a complete and utter tech-noob.

And that was probably an understatement.

I made this mac n' cheese ages (5 days) ago and the only reason that could account for why I couldn't have posted this earlier, is because,

I am a complete and utter tech-noob.


But that's okay, what i lack in IT skills, i make up for in cheese sauce.





Obviously.






I used the recipe from the amazing, legendary, Byron Talbott. You can find it  here

And i was obligated to sear some bacon on a hot pan before stirring it into the cheese sauce. 



He also has a youtube channel, and if you haven't visited it yet, you are seriously missing out.

Really.
